Michael M. Isakson
President of AmeriSpec

Michael M. Isakson, President and Chief Operating Officer, ServiceMaster Franchise Services Group, is responsible for  more than 5,000 franchisees worldwide with customer level revenues in excess of $1.5 billion annually.  Part of the $4 billion ServiceMaster Company, Mike leads the AmeriSpec, ServiceMaster Clean and Furniture Medic Brands which specialize in residential and commercial cleaning services, disaster restoration, and on-site furniture repair. 

Mike and his wife Jinny owned a ServiceMaster franchise in Bismarck, ND for 13 years, and a Merry Maids franchise for two years.  As franchisees, the Isakson's received the Marion E. Wade Award of Honor, ServiceMaster's most prestigious franchise recognition. Mike joined the corporate team as Vice President of Franchise Sales in 1990.  In 1992, he was promoted to President and COO of Merry Maids, and in 1994 he was appointed President of the ServiceMaster Consumer Services Franchise Services Group.   

Brent Armstrong
Vice-President, General Manager

Brent Armstrong started working for ServiceMaster part time during high school & college in Chicago area. When he graduated from Wheaton College in 1991 he went to work for ServiceMaster Management Services. Brent purchased his first franchise in 1992. Before joining ServiceMaster Clean home office staff in September 2001 as Director of Residential Services,Brent and his wife Stacey owned several ServiceMaster Clean and Merry Maids franchisees in Chicago,IL and Buffalo,NY,area. Brent currently serves as VP and General Manager of AmeriSpec, Furniture Medic and VP of ServiceMaster Clean Residential.

David D. Messenger
Vice President of Market Expansion

Mr. Messenger assumed management responsibility for AmeriSpec franchise sales on January 1, 2007. Mr. Messenger currently is Vice President of Market Expansion for AmeriSpec, ServiceMaster Clean and Furniture Medic. Mr. Messenger joined ServiceMaster Clean in 1991 as Vice President, Market Expansion for ServiceMaster Clean for ServiceMaster of Canada Limited.
